The weekly Zoom coaching sessions with Sabrina will be 90 minutes and take place 2 days a week. Currently the plan is Thursdays at 4pm and Sundays at 2pm CMT. (We will see what is best for the group a give a few options) Some weeks may vary, and additional live sessions added. Each session will be recorded and uploaded into the course portal within 24 hours.
No worries if you can't make the live sessions..and you have a question or want feedback you will still have a chance weekly, to submit questions and work to be reviewed on the live coaching call to watch at a later time that is convenient for you (Some people actually prefer to watch them after they are recorded, they find it easier to focus and digest on their own time.)
